Common Issues

Students

• Students may evaluate each Course they attend in this semester. Instructors provide anonymous evaluation tickets for their course to their students.
• Students may evaluate the Administrative Services of the University.
• In case you do not have an account, please see the instructions. If you still have a problem with login, please contact:

• Each student can perform an evaluation of a course or service only once.
• The evaluation process is anonymous. Nobody can see the evaluations of each individual student. Only summarized data per course / department / school are reported by the system.

Instructors / Secretaries

• If you are an instructor and you appear as a student in the system or vice versa, contact it-thermi@ihu.gr.
• The evaluation period is set by the OMEA of each Department and not by the instructors.
• Department secretaries can login and create course evaluations. You create an evaluation, save the PDF file and give it to the instructors who then give it to the students.
